SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (SDR) JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound calling activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects, and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.
Responsibilities
• Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects.
• Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams.
• Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
• Set appointments for [redacted] sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
• Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conference.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing team members on strategic sales approach
Qualifications
This entry-level position requires an ambitious self-starter and someone that can effectively process inbound inquiries and identify qualified leads and opportunities. Relationship selling skills, with the ability to manage sales calls at varying levels of customer accounts, are essential.
• 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in (Saas) software as a service sales
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
• Demonstrated success in prospecting Record Labels, Grocers, Brand Holders.
• Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
• High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience with CRM applications preferred
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required

Yii2 Web Framework with experience developing IOS, Android in Swift and React Native
Looking for an experienced developer for a 3 to 12-month project. You will work with a team of experts for this project. Working MVP and Beta already developed. This contract includes multiple subprojects that will continue for the right candidates. Will lead to full-time salaried position option.
The ideal candidates must be experienced with JavaScript, Restful API’s, Bootstrap, and Yii2 framework and others, SWIFT + Cocoa Pods implementation and debugging is a big +. Please note we are creating a portable Rich framework driven Application, not a website/blog/etc.
We have specifications available for applicants to review upon request. Required Experience creating localized (many languages) interfaces with Modules and Extensions in Yii2 Required. UI, UX, interactivity design experience in Mobile Apps a huge plus Graphics design experience a plus but not required for this project Experience in making architectural recommendations
Prior experience with Scrum is a plus, JIRA knowledge is a plus Prior experience with continuous integration is a plus, Experience with GIT source control. The goal of our project is to take a highly technical web application and continue building modular-based applications for use in real world industries. We build cloud-based data stores that are accessible through consumer/client facing applications.
